1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and AABforAndroid (“we”, “us”) about your use of aabforandroid.com, its pages and its downloads (the “Site”).
By using the Site you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Who can use the site
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should read these Terms with you.
You are responsible for making sure that using the Site, and the apps you download from it, is legal where you are.
3. How you may use the site
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission, which we may withdraw, to view the Site and download files for your own non-commercial use. No registration or payment is needed.
If you want to recommend an app to someone, share the link to its page on the Site.
4. What is not allowed
When you use the Site, you must not:
- copy, republish, sell or mirror the Site’s pages, files or data, or present them as your own;
- scrape the Site or download files in bulk with bots or scripts, or put a heavy load on our servers;
- link straight to our file storage or reuse our download links on other websites;
- try to get around our security checks, download links or any other access limits;
- attack, probe or disrupt the Site, or send or upload malware;
- use the Site for anything illegal, including breaking other people’s rights;
- send false reports or notices, or pretend to be someone else.
5. Apps, games and files
- Ownership. The apps and games listed on the Site belong to their developers and publishers. AABforAndroid is not affiliated with Google, Google Play or Android.
- App information. Descriptions, versions, sizes and screenshots come from developers, app stores and open-source catalogues. They may be out of date or incomplete.
- Files as they are. Some files are stored on the Site; other download buttons take you to another website (see section 6). We cannot promise that a file is the newest version, works on your device or is free of errors.
- Your risk. You install apps at your own risk. Before installing, check the permissions the app asks for, keep Android’s built-in app protection switched on, and back up important data.
- App licences. Each app has its own licence and terms set by its developer, and those apply when you use the app.
- Changes. We may add, change or remove apps, files and pages at any time, for example after a copyright notice.
6. Other websites and services
Some buttons and links take you to other websites, such as Google Play, F-Droid, developers’ websites or file hosts. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, files, availability or privacy practices. Their own terms apply when you use them.
7. Intellectual property
The Site’s design, logo, text and code belong to AABforAndroid or to those who licensed them to us. App names, icons, screenshots and trademarks belong to their owners and are shown only to identify and describe the apps.
If you believe something on the Site infringes your copyright, please follow the steps on our DMCA Notice page. For other problems, use Report Abuse.
8. Messages and submissions
When you email us – for support, reports, app submissions or copyright notices – you agree that we may reply to you by email.
If you send us an app, a description or other material, you confirm that you have the right to do so, and you allow us to publish, edit and show it on the Site. Please do not send us confidential information.
9. Disclaimer
The Site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we give no promises or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes any promise that the Site will be available, secure or free of errors, that information on it is accurate, or that any file is suitable for a purpose, free of viruses or compatible with your device.
Some countries do not allow certain warranties to be excluded, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, AABforAndroid is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, damage to devices, or loss of profit or business, that comes from using the Site or any app or file you get through it.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnity
If you break these Terms or the law when using the Site, and this leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the resulting costs and losses, including reasonable legal fees, as far as the law allows.
12. Export controls and sanctions
Some apps and technologies are covered by export control or sanctions laws. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, and you must not use the Site where those laws do not allow it.
13. Changes and termination
We may change, pause or stop the Site, or any part of it, at any time. We may also update these Terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
We may block access to the Site for anyone who breaks these Terms.
14. General terms
- If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
- If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
- These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site.
- You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours if the Site changes owner.
